About Us
Incepted in the year 1990, Bharat Flow Controls is one of the foremost manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of wide assortment of abacus. Our educational toys and item is widely used across training and educational institutes as a medium to train and develop human brain functions especially in kids. In addition to abacus, we also offer engineering & textile component, and packaging products for different industries. We are growing under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. K.Shanmughasundaram who has more than two decades of experience in the industry.
We are a member of Import-Export Code (IE Code) and to maintain our export status we follow essential measures in our production process. With the help of our sophisticated manufacturing unit we are able to offer wide range of children toy and teachers abacus. Our latest machinery helps us in bulk manufacturing of abacus (20000 student abacus & 200 teacher abacus) monthly. Our bulk production helps us in catering to the huge demands of our clients and this is apparent from our annual turnover of 9 million Indian rupees.

Product Profile
We manufacture and provide a wide assortment of educational toy, children toy using our sophisticated manufacturing unit and innovative approach. We make use of qualitative raw material such as wood, Plastic Granules, Poly Propylene, ABS, Nylon, Poly Carbonate and Styrene in the production process. Our educational equipment comprises of abacus toys, counting toys, abacus rods, student abacus and abacus frame. Our abacus toys & rods comprises of educational abacus toys, wooden abacus toys, abacus counting toys, traditional counting toys, rods kids abacus, rods teacher abacus, display abacus yellow frame, student abacus and many more.

About The Abacus
| Abacus program is a scientific brain management technique which unveils the infinite potential of the human brain and its effective use. It was the earliest form of digital computing and was developed in China. It is helpful in teaching students how to solve various counting related problems in mathematics. An Abacus is a frame with beads that sling on the rods and is used for teaching numbers to children and also for calculation purposes. Abacus is ideal for teaching the basics of mental arithmetic, increasing the coordination between the right and left brain and developing them. Different types of mathematical problems related to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division can be easily solved by abacus. |
Our Manufacturing Facility
We are able to meet the growing demands of educational institutes through our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. Spread over a sprawling area of 4500 square feet, our manufacturing unit is equipped with latest machinery and equipment. Some of our machinery comprises of molding, lathes, and sophisticated fully automatic hydraulic machines. Our production unit is handled by our skilled manpower that regularly checks the machines for technical flaws and corrects them for speedy production.
Further, our in-house design unit with latest CAD/CAM software allows us to design our range as per client requirement. Backed by our sophisticated manufacturing unit we are able to produce 20000 student abacus and 200 teacher abacus every month. Vital to production process, our manufacturing helps us in production acceleration and economic growth which is apparent from our turnover of 9 million Indian rupees. |

Warehousing & Packaging
Our capacious warehouse enables us to effective storage of our wide gamut of abacus. In our warehouse we have a separate division for storage of abacus. We also offer our attention towards proper packaging of abacus to prevent them from breaking or cracking during the transit stage. We use optimum quality packaging material in the process including:- Corrugated Boxes/Cartons/Sheets
- LDPE/HMHDPE
- Multi-wall bags
- PP/HDPE.
