Our educational item is widely used across training and educational institutes as a medium to train and develop human brain functions especially in kids. In addition to abacus, we also offer engineering & textile component, and packaging products for different industries. We are growing under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. K.Shanmughasundaram who has more than two decades of experience in the industry.
We are a member of import-export code (IE Code) and to maintain our export status we follow essential measures in our production process. With the help of our sophisticated manufacturing unit we are able to offer wide range of student and teachers abacus. Our latest machinery helps us in bulk manufacturing of abacus (20000 student abacus & 200 teacher abacus) monthly. Our bulk production helps us in catering to the huge demands of our clients and this is apparent from our annual turnover of 9 million Indian rupees.

What Is Abacus?
Abacus is an instrument which has a frame with beads that sling on the rods and is used for teaching numbers to children and also for calculation purposes. Abacus was invented by Chinese to teach the students how to solve mathematical problems. It can be said that Abacus was the earliest form of digital computer. Abacus was helpful for teaching the basics of mental arithmetic, increasing the coordination between the right and left brain and thereby stimulating the brain cells.
Children were first taught to calculate on the abacus and then on calculator. They were made to learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division through abacus. This activity helps in building a child’s mind speed, accuracy, concentration and strength leading to better understanding of mathematics and the ability learn other subjects better. |
Our Manufacturing Facility
We are able to meet the growing demands of educational institutes through our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. Spread over a sprawling area of 4500 square feet, our manufacturing unit is equipped with latest machinery and equipment. Some of our machinery comprises of molding, lathes, and sophisticated fully automatic hydraulic machines. Our production unit is handled by our skilled manpower that regularly checks the machines for technical flaws and corrects them for speedy production. Further, our in-house design unit with latest CAD/CAM software allows us to design our range as per client requirement. Backed by our sophisticated manufacturing unit we are able to produce 30000 student abacus and 300 teacher abacus every month. Vital to production process, our manufacturing helps us in production acceleration and economic growth which is apparent from our turnover of 9 million Indian rupees. |
